FedEx drop off incentive

You are entitled to receive quarterly incentive payments for FedEx Express^®, FedEx Ground^®, and FedEx SmartPost^® / FedEx Ground Economy^® packages dropped off at your location but not billed to your FedEx account number.

Payments are generally sent 30 days after the close of each quarter.

Fees and surcharge waivers

As a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter^® location, you will receive discounts and/or waivers on select FedEx Express^® and FedEx Ground^® fees and surcharges.
