Tracking by phone
You can also track the status of your shipments by phone in two easy steps:

Call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 for U.S. Customer Service; or say "international services" for FedEx International Customer Service.

Provide the package tracking number. It will also be helpful to have the following information available:

Complete shipper and recipient information, including telephone numbers.

Shipment date, weight and type of service requested.

A description of the commodity and packaging type.
